Intruder Alarms
Our Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC) is fully BS8418 accredited.
Our Alarm handling software is Sentinel Plus. This is compatible with all types of intruder alarms/panels.
We accept alarms in Pin, Sia & also Contact ID Formats.
Transmission Paths
We are fully compatible with Redcare (Classic, GSM & ISDN). We are also compatible with Digi Communicators, and the Webway 2424 IP Communicator.
Activation reports can be automatically sent to you on a daily basis. You can choose to receive these by email or fax. Alternatively, you can log on to Sentinel Plus remotely
We will also carry out open/close monitoring.
