"We had two intruders on our compound who were seen rummaging through the site cabin and we made the decision to deploy our guard to assist the officer on duty. The operator in the 24/7 monitoring centre were our eyes on all sites while the incident was dealt with. The operator also assisted in the commentary on the phone at the time which was so valuable.
